uBook.nz offer a range of fares to suit your budget. Standard fares are fully refundable / transferable up to 2 hours before departure. Just freephone or email, to change or cancel.

"Non-Refundable" fares must be paid for at time of booking. "Non-Refundable" fares are transferable up to 24 hours before departure. The full value, less $3.00 Amendment Fee, will be credited toward a future booking. No Refund will be given for future booking of lesser value.

"Frequent Traveller Advantage": Pay for 10 trips and your 11th journey, of same value, is free! Applies to Cash and Online bookings only. Sorry, "Non-Refundable" and Agent Bookings do not qualify.

Baggage allowance is 2 x 20kg pieces plus 1 hand luggage. Excess Baggage (Bikes, Surfboards etc.) $10.00 per item. Subject to space at Drivers discretion.

Child Fares 4 - 12 years*. Infants not occupying a seat travel Free. One free infant per Adult Fare. Unaccompanied minors 9 - 14 years must be notified on booking form.

Seniors 60 years + * 

*ID may be required.

Timetables: Timetables are indicative only. Due to operational requirements, uBook.nz reserves the right to cancel or change timetables by up to 60 minutes without notice. No Refunds due to late arrival of any service.

Liability: Except where provided for by law, uBook.nz maximum liability is limited to the refund of the fare paid for the affected journey.
